　冬季号の特集は、越知の町に魅せられ移り住んだ2組の夫婦、土地のものを使った自家製酵母でパンを作る「とちの」さんと、コーヒースタンドを営む「ミギキシコーヒー焙煎所」さんです。周囲の人のあたたかい心に触れながら穏やかな暮らしを楽しんでいます。

　インタビューは、工務店の広報担当として冊子の発行やSNSの発信を行う傍ら、フリーの編集者・ライターとしても活躍している石川藍さん。さらに整理収納アドバイザーの資格も持ち、シンプルな暮らしを提案しています。そんな石川さんが大切にしていること、伝えたいことを伺いました。

　The winter issue features two couples captivated by the town of Ochi who relocated there: "Tochino," who bakes bread using homemade yeast made from local ingredients, and "Migikishi Coffee Roastery," who runs a coffee stand. They enjoy a peaceful life, touched by the warm hearts of those around them.

　Our interview features Aoi Ishikawa, who handles PR for a construction company—publishing brochures and managing social media—while also working as a freelance editor and writer. She holds a certification as a professional organizer and advocates for simple living. We asked her about the values she cherishes and the messages she wants to share.
